Today’s painting is of some luscious red summer cherries (even at $8,99 a pound!!) and a sweet smelling peach. I’m glad this painting is finished because those cherries look like afternoon tea to me!

Pipevine Swallowtail on Cherries
Here is the completed painting of the native Oklahoma butterfly, the pipevine swallowtail on a bowl of cherries. This one is sold and will be spending some time drying before being varnished and then delivered to the new owner!
